To redeem discount, Uber voucher code above must be applied to payment section of the Uber app before requesting the first ride within the Town of Jupiter on the dates and times specified in the promotion. Uber voucher expires at the times specified during the promotion. Uber voucher does not apply to tips. Terms subject to change. Limited availability. More About this Program

In its 2020 Strategic Plan, the Jupiter Town Council identified a strategic initiative to “enhance the safety of all residents and visitors by reviewing opportunities for rideshare programs to discourage impaired driving.”  This initiative was a result of a review of the Jupiter Police Department’s crime statistics, which showed a 48% increase in DUI arrests from 2017 to 2018. 

To encourage responsible behavior and reduce the number of impaired drivers on our roads, the Town has partnered with UBER to offer discounted fares for people in the Jupiter area during peak times. The program, called “Ride Safe Jupiter”.

Ride Safe Jupiter is made possible by the Town of Jupiter, Jupiter Police Department and through the following partners:

Ride Safe Jupiter Instructions

  • Download the UBER app through iTunes or Google Play. 
  • Set up an UBER account, or sign-in if you already have one.
  • One voucher is available per user, and a limited number of vouchers are available.  Offer only valid for use within the Jupiter vicinity during the specified times.
