Our food system begins in our backyard. Everyone needs to do their part and #GrowSomething! Farmer Jay is part of the next generation of farmers and has done a lot all over our area. Come learn the basics on the best way to get started growing something! Whether in a container, raised bed or on the flower beds you already have around your house Farmer Jay will teach you about different organic methods. Discover how to start, gather information about how to care for gardens and explore how to harvest your plants. If locally grown foods or organics have ever interested you but you never knew where to start, this is the workshop for you!
The workshop will be located in the Jupiter Community Center, is free for residents and $10 for non-residents,

Please register and pay for the workshop on our recreation registration website, just click on the "Register Here" button below. If you have registered for other recreation classes or events through this website you will need your username (or household ID) and password. If you haven't ever used this registration system you will have to create an account. Once you are logged in search for Neighborhood Program and you'll find it.
