  1. As a precautionary measure to the ever changing situation with the COVID-19 virus, the Town has made the decision to cancel all reservations at the Jupiter Civic Center, Old Town Hall and Community Center through June 30, 2020.  If you have an event scheduled at one of our facilities, on or before, June 30th, please contact the Jupiter Community Center to either reschedule your event or to confirm your refund information with staff.

  2. Due to COVID-19, no new reservations are being accepted until further notice.  This includes both 2020 and 2021 reservations. 
  3. At this time we do not have a timetable on when we will resume facility reservations. Resuming reservations will largely depend upon Re-Opening Florida, Stage 3 and any additional recommendations from the CDC, County and other local municipalities.
  4. As much as we want to go back to normal, COVID-19 dictates we must continue to be responsible and maintain social distancing as much as we possibly can.  We are currently working towards accepting online reservations however this is still in the planning stages.  Please do not call regarding to ask questions regarding the new process as it is not yet finalized.   Once the information is posted to this webpage, ideally we’d like to allow at least 2 weeks notice prior to reservations resuming so everyone has a chance to review the new protocols.
  5. We understand that you are excited and anxious to resserve your date however we do not "hold dates" under any circumstances so just keep an eye on this Civic Center webpage for updates.  Please do not call or email staff to hold dates.
