Recently, Town staff received a proposal for review for a mixed development project along Love Street in the Inlet Village. The 3.8-acre property fronts the Jupiter Inlet on the north and A1A on the south, and is located along Love Street, where the current public parking lot is located.
The proposal is for a small-scale planned unit development with waterfront restaurants, a café, retail shops, vacation rental units, and office space. The proposal also includes a parking garage, which would be lined by the retail shops on the first floor and vacation rental units on the second floor.
The application is tentatively scheduled to be reviewed before the Planning and Zoning Commission and Town Council this fall.
