If you only want to browse Webtrac at this time you may go to the bottom
of this page, click the link to Webtrac and sign on as a guest by
selecting the "Guest" button. You will be able to review the site
but not register for any programs. The next step
in the online registration process is to become familiar with the online
software and terms. Once you are on the Webtrac website the majority of the steps will prompt you for information and guide you through the sign up and registration process.
BEFORE YOU SIGN ON TO WEBTRAC YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW:
If
you already have an active account in our Rectrac registration
software. If you have completed a Household form at the Community Center
after July of 2004, you should have an active account in our database
and ARE CONSIDERED A FIRST TIME USER. YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW YOUR HOUSEHOLD ID NUMBER TO GAIN ACCESS TO WEBTRAC TO REGISTER FOR PROGRAMS. If
you are unsure of your household number, (which can be found on any
past receipt), please call the Parks and Recreation office at the number
provided on top of the blue box to the right. YOUR HOUSEHOLD ID NUMBER AND PASSWORD ARE THE SAME DURING YOUR FIRST LOGIN. For security purposes, it is highly recommended that you change your password immediately in the MY ACCOUNT/CHANGE PASSWORD section
located in the blue navigation bar on the left side of the Webtrac
registration screen. In some instances, duplicate households may create
a problem so if you are having trouble logging in please call
If you are not already in our database upon entering the Webtrac Website you would be considered a NEW USER.
Follow the links to the "NEW USER" site and the system will ask you to
set up your household. Once completed, the information will be reviewed
and then added to our database at which time you will be sent an e-mail
with your login and password information no later than 72 hours
after your sign in is completed.

Please note that on the first day of both resident and
non-resident registration, online registration will begin at 9:30am and
walk-in registrations will continue to begin at 8:30am.

for the programs online until the designated day/time for registration
for residents/non-residents. You will be able to see what is being
offered but not be able to register and not all programs/classes will be

ONLINE LINGO: Words You Should Know...
When
you log on to WEBTRAC for the first time you will need to know what
link you should select. Here is an explanation of who should click on
FIRST TIME USER OR NEW USER LINKS.
FIRST TIME USER INSTRUCTIONS:
This is someone who has an active account in our Rectrac database but
it is their first time using the online registration software...Webtrac.
NEW USER INSTRUCTIONS:
Has never registered for anything at the Jupiter Parks and Recreation
Department since June, 2004. If you are a new user you will need to
complete the online household profile. Your user information will be
e-mailed to you within 72 hours.
STILL NOT SURE...if you have an active account then just send us an e-mail by
clicking here or call us directly at 741-2400, Mon-Fri, 8am-10pm or on Saturdays, 8am-5pm
