Welcome to the Town of Jupiter Utilities home page!

The Town’s new and improved billing system went live March 2nd. Many changes occurred, and as with any implementation of new software, a few unexpected issues arose. We are working diligently to fix the following items.

  • Signing up for recurring credit card payments is not yet available. We want to ensure complete safety of how your information is stored. You can currently sign up for recurring payments with your bank account or can make a one-time credit card or e-check payment.
  • If you had previously bookmarked the make a payment page, it will direct you to  “page not found”. The old payment site is no longer a live site. Please go to or click on Online Bill Pay from the Town’s website and you will be directed to the correct payment site. Please note that your old log in information is no longer valid. You must re-register on the new customer site.
  • If you are trying to call Customer Service, please ensure that you are calling 561-741-2300. We are experiencing high call volume due to the system change, so we appreciate your patience. You may also email us at and we will return your email within 24 hours.
  • Please make sure you read the following PDF's before creating your online account.

Important info for creating a new online account:
When you click Login and then Register it will prompt you to enter your customer number and account number. Our old bill format does not break these numbers apart. You will see a number on your bill like 123456-1255. The number before the dash is your customer number. The number after the dash is your account number. Registering will require you to type in a 7 digit customer number and a 6 digit account number. You will need to prefill your number with zeros to obtain the correct amount of digits. For example, if your bill shows 123456-1255, your customer number will be 0123456, and your account number will be 001255. Your next bill will reflect this change.

Jupiter Utilities consists of sixty-six employees dedicated to meeting your daily water and stormwater service needs.

Jupiter's Water Treatment Facility includes the most advanced treatment technologies providing the best drinking water with the least demand on our local fresh water resources.

In 1978, the Town of Jupiter purchased the water system from Tri-Southern Utilities. At the time, the system's average daily flow was only 2.5 million gallons per day and served a population of approximately 15,000 people.

Today, the water utility is capable of producing 30 million gallons a day of ultra-pure drinking water. It serves more than 80,000 people living in Jupiter, Juno Beach, and unincorporated areas of Palm Beach and Martin Counties.
