The Old Town Hall is available to homeowners associations, chartered civic and non-profit organizations, residents and businesses within the Town of Jupiter for meetings of 50 people or less. 

  • Rental hours are Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 9:30 PM.
  • First step in reserving space for this facility is to complete the Online General Request Application.
  • Fees and Rental Categories
  • All meetings must be paid in full, in at least 2 weeks in advance of the first meeting date.
  • Lessee is responsible for set up and clean up.
  • Hours billed for this facility includes set up, hours of reservation and clean up time.  (For example, if your set up begins at 1:00 pm, your event is from 2-6 pm and your clean up ends at 7 pm, time billed will be from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm.)
  • Under no circumstances will a person/business be permitted to use the Old Town Hall, or other Town property, as a way to gain monetary benefit, directly or indirectly.
  • Alcohol is permitted on a limited basis.
  • Food is permitted on a very limited basis.
  • There are no kitchen facilities at this location.
  • If food is served, lessee must remove the trash when leaving premises.
  • No decorations are permitted on walls, no tape of any kind.
  • There are 10-6' tables and approx. 50 chairs available at this facility.
    No additional chairs or tables will be provided and external rentals are not permitted.
  • Dates will NOT be held over the phone.
  • Ongoing monthly meetings will be required to pay in advance for the entire year. Payment is expected prior to the first meeting.
  • No group should assume that their meeting date will be automatically carried over from year to year. Ongoing monthly meetings will be required to write a letter requesting their date each year. All letters will need to be received by January 1st of each year.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing (200 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458), by fax (561-745-2559) or by e-mail. Refunds will be processed for requests at least 5 days in advance of rental.
  • A refundable $100 cash security deposit is required.
  • It is the responsibility of each group to pick up the key at the Jupiter Community Center prior to the scheduled meeting day and return the key the next business day to the Community Center.
  • No lessee has the authority to permit another group to use the Old Town Hall or lend another group the key to use the Old Town Hall. All reservations must go through the Town of Jupiter (561-741-2400). Violators will automatically lose their meeting privileges.
