  1. Due to a software upgrade, ALL Recreation registration (online & in-person at all locations) will be suspended during the week of August 22-27. This includes, facility rentals, classes, online registration, skate park memberships, passes, 50+ trips, 50+ activities, etc.
    • Registration is scheduled to resume online for classes and in-person at the Jupiter SKATE PARK (for skate registrations only) beginning Monday, August 29, 2016.
    • In person registration will resume at the Community Center beginning Thursday, September 8, 2016. 
    • We apologize for any inconvenience. Should you have any questions please call 561-741-2400.
       
  2. The Jupiter Community Center will be closed from Tuesday, August 30 through Wednesday, September 7 for the annual wood floor maintenance in the gym, dance room and stage. 
    • All classes, activities, in-person registration and new facility reservations will be suspended during this time; Primary Elections Voting will be available on Tuesday, August 30 from 10:00 AM-7:00 PM. 
    • Facility key rental pick up/drop off will be coordinated prior to closing dates.
    • Online services will be available. 
    • You may contact the main Recreation number, (561) 741-2400, Monday-Friday (except Labor Day), from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, to speak to Recreation staff.
    • Staff will not be available at the Community Center or Town Hall during these dates. 
    • We will resume normal operating hours on Thursday, September 8, 2016.

The Old Town Hall is available to homeowners associations, chartered civic and non-profit organizations, residents and businesses within the Town of Jupiter for meetings of 50 people or less. 

  • Old Town Hall rental hours are Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
  • First step in reserving space for this facility is to complete the Online General Request Application.
  • Fees and Rental Categories
  • All meetings must be paid in full, at least 2 weeks in advance of the first meeting date.
  • Lessee is responsible for opening & closing facility and set up & clean up.
  • Hours billed for this facility begins when you access the facility for set up through the hours of your reservation and will end when your clean up has been completed.  (For example, if your set up begins at 1:00 pm, your event is from 2-6 pm and your clean up ends at 7 pm, time billed will be from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm.)
  • Under no circumstances will a person/business be permitted to use the Old Town Hall, or other Town property, as a way to gain monetary benefit, directly or indirectly.
  • Alcohol is permitted on a limited basis.
  • Food is permitted on a very limited basis.
  • There are no kitchen facilities at this location.
  • If food is served, lessee must remove the trash when leaving premises.
  • No decorations are permitted on walls, no tape (of any kind) including command hooks.
  • There are 10-6' tables and approx. 50 chairs available at this facility.
    No additional chairs or tables will be provided. 
  • External rentals are not permitted.
  • Dates will NOT be held over the phone.
  • Ongoing monthly meetings will be required to pay in advance for the entire year. Payment is expected prior to the first meeting.
  • No group should assume that their meeting date will be automatically carried over from year to year. Ongoing monthly meetings will be required to complete a reservation request application each year. All letters will need to be received by January 1st of each year.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing (200 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458), by fax (561-745-2559) or by e-mail. Refunds will be processed for requests at least 5 days in advance of rental.
  • A refundable $100 cash security deposit is required when picking up the key.
  • It is the responsibility of each group to pick up the Old Town Hall key during normal operation hours at the Jupiter Community Center, 200 Military Trail, on the day of or prior to the scheduled meeting day.
    • Community Center normal operating hours are: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-8:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM. Community Center is closed on Sunday.
  • It is the responsibility of each group to drop-off the Old Town Hall key during normal operation hours at the Jupiter Community Center, 200 Military Trail, on the day of or the day after your scheduled meeting day.
    • Community Center normal operating hours are: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-8:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM. Community Center is closed on Sunday.
  • No lessee has the authority to permit another group to use the Old Town Hall or lend another group the key to use the Old Town Hall. All reservations must go through the Town of Jupiter (561-741-2400). Violators will automatically lose their meeting privileges.
