Bert Winters Park is a small community park located a long the intracoastal waterway, south of Donald Ross Road. It has two boat launching ramps with docks, restroom facilities, playground, tennis courts, baseball fields, picnic areas, water skiing and canoe/kayaking access.

Conveniently located just south of Jupiter inlet, Burt Reynolds Park boat ramps are open 24/7 and only a few short idle minutes away from the inlet. There are two areas where you can drop your boat in at this park. The "West" side is more for the larger boats as the East side ramps require you to clear the US1 bridge in either direction. Amenities at this park are plentiful on the east side with horseshoe pits, picnic areas with grills, shelters/pavilions, playground, restrooms, sand volleyball court and a non-motorized vessel launching beach. Burt Reynolds Park is also home to the River Center and the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce.

This park offers many activities and opportunities for outdoor adventure! Hike, bike, horseback, canoe, kayak, river tours, nature center, camping, bird watching, and more. A newly rebuilt boat launch ramp is available on the Loxahatchee River. The Loxahatchee eventually leads to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Please observe the "idle speed" limit on the river within the park. The boat ramp fee is $4.00 + tax. This is in addition to the Admission Fee.


Palm Beach County Mooring Buoy Program
There are 38 mooring buoys attached to stainless steel anchors installed along the ocean floor in depths ranging from 12 feet to 25 feet offshore along our coastline from Jupiter to Boca Raton. Each buoy is designed to handle only one boat at a time. There is no fee or overnight mooring.
