  1. Time Matters: A Women’s Outlook on Retirement

    This program shares perspectives on financial concerns facing women who are getting ready to or who have transitioned to retirement. It discusses retirement income strategies, including perspectives around Social Security, withdrawal and reliance rates.   2. Tai Ji Quan -- Moving for Better Balance

    Tai Ji Quan Moving for Better Balance is a research-based balance training regimen designed for older adults and people with balance disorders. This program was developed to improve muscular strength, balance, mobility and daily functioning, and prevent falls in older adults and individuals with balance disorders. This training approach is the result of a series of scientific studies and has proven to be effective in improving balance deficits and fall risks with older adults and people with balance disorders.   1. Lighthouse Sunset Tour

    June 28, 2017, 7:30 PM - 8:45 PM @ Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Museum

    Time varies by sunset Take in the spectacular sunset views and witness the Jupiter Light turning on to illuminate the night sky. Visitors get an inside look at the nuts & bolts of a working lighthouse watchroom. Tour time approximately 75 minutes, $15 Members, $20 Non-Members, RSVP required, 561-747-8380 X101.   1. Surf Camp (Session 2)

    June 28, 2017, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM @ Jupiter Civic Center

    Surfers will learn ocean awareness, surfing techniques that range from beginner to advanced, surf etiquette, proper equipment, and wave selection while ensuring safety and providing a fun atmosphere. Bring sunscreen, a rashguard, snorkel gear, and plenty of water and snacks. End of the week pizza and giveaway party on Fridays.
