Our on-line bill processing and payment site is not a "live" site to our utility billing system software. The site is updated once per month upon the processing of your bill.
The bill processing site does NOT calculate any current billing balances or payments against balances.
If you paid your bill each month on the payment site, you will see your payment history on the Account Summary Page. If you pay your bill through your bank or our phone voice system you will not see payment on the site. You will only see your payment on the next months bill.
However, if you call the voice line 741-2300 you can get up to date account information 24/7.
