How to Register for Programs, Classes & Trips

The registration information on this page is very general.  Please be sure to read the program details for specific registration instructions and registration dates.  (For example, not all programs are available for online registration and NON-RESIDENTS have different registration dates.)

There are 2 ways to register...

  1. In person
TO REGISTER IN PERSON:
  • WHERE:  The Jupiter Community Center is located in the Jupiter Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail just north of the Jupiter High School behind the Police Department and Town Hall.
  • WHEN:  Registration hours are:
    • Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM
    • Saturday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • WHO: We accept registrations from incorporated Jupiter residents and NON-RESIDENTS.  Be sure to note the registration dates specifically for non-residents.
  • WHAT TO BRING:  We will check to make sure you are an incorporated Jupiter resident so please bring your drivers license with your current address.  NON-RESIDENTS are charged an additional user fee.
  • HOW TO PAY: Payment in full is expected at the time of registration unless otherwise noted.  We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, cash or check.

TO REGISTER ONLINE:

  • NEED TO KNOW: You will need to know your Household ID number for our recreation registration software.  This is NOT your JTAA number.  If you have never participated in a paid camp, class, trip or program before at the Jupiter Community Center you will need to create a new household account, which you can do online. 
  • HOW TO FIND OUT YOUR EXISTING RECTRAC  HOUSEHOLD ID #:  Please e-mail or give us a call at 561-741-2400.  The front desk hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am - 10 pm and on Saturdays, 8 am - 5 pm.
  • ONLINE REGISTRATION: This link will take you directly to the online registration webpage.

  • WELCOME TO WEBTRAC: This page is very general and just gives you the big picture on WEBTRAC features.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR 55+ TRIPS:
  1. All registration reservations must be made in person at the Jupiter Community Center or you may now take advantage of our online registration service at your convenience.  Please note that the you may not register early for trips, even online.

  2. Walk in registration begins at 8:30 am on specific dates for each trip.

  3. Online registration begins at 9:30 am on specific dates for each trip.

  4. Town of Jupiter Residents have first preference and register the first two days.

  5. Open registration for both residents and non residents will follow beginning day 3 and continue until each trip is full.
  6. A waiting list will also be taken.

  7. If there is a question concerning your residential status, please contact the Parks & Recreation office at 741-2400 prior to registration or e-mail us.

  8. You may register for yourself and your spouse or yourself and one travel partner (1 resident & 1 non-resident is acceptable).

  9. Payment is due at time of registration. We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, cash or check.
  10. Refunds are offered only if there is a replacement on the waiting list.

  11. All trips depart from the Jupiter Community Center via motor coach.
