Reasons Your Reservation Could Be
Denied:
- Use is considered contrary to the Town’s best interest
- Advocacy to overthrow Federal, State or Local Government
- Misrepresentation of rental information
- Previously caused or allowed damage to Town property
- History of hostile or violent behavior
- Past conduct resulted in police or fire department response
- If number of rentals exceeds two rentals per month
- Rental disrupts normal operations of community center
- Applicant does not meet eligibility requirements
- Function too large for existing parking availability
- Any individual, business or group that intends to sell merchandise or services on Town property unless participating in a Town sponsored
event with pre-approval from designated Town staff. This includes any type of event that would generate indirect monetary gain to an individual, business or group. (i.e., Any "FREE" seminars to the public where the speaker will directly
or indirectly gain monetary benefit from the participants using his services or product once the seminar has concluded.)
- Fund raiser admission fees or ticket sales collected on Town property.
