Thank you for
selecting one of the Town's rental facilities for your next event. This form is the first step in reserving the Jupiter Community Center. Any Governmental Agency, Jupiter Public School, Jupiter Civic Group, Jupiter Non-Profit Organization, Jupiter Resident or Jupiter Business will be required to complete this form. Both faxed and online reservation applications will be
reviewed and approved on a first come, first served basis according to
the date they are received. Requests will be reviewed and the
designated contact person will be notified by e-mail within 5-7 working
days of the status of their request. The e-mail will contain either an invoice/confirmation or notification that the dates are not
available. Whenever possible this application should be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event. Failure to upload or fax required documentation will delay the processing of your request.
