Old Town Hall

The Old Town Hall is available to homeowners associations, chartered civic and non-profit organizations within the Town of Jupiter for meetings of 50 people or less.  All meetings must be paid in full, in advance of the first meeting date.
  • FEES
  • Under no circumstances will a person/business be permitted to use the Old Town Hall, or other Town property, as a way to gain monetary benefit, directly or indirectly.
  • No alcohol is permitted.
  • Food is permitted on a VERY LIMITED basis. NO KITCHEN FACILITIES at this location.  If food is served, leasee must remove the trash when leaving premises.
  • No decorations are permitted on walls, no tape of any kind.
  • Tables are limited to 5 - 7' long tables and 50 chairs.  No additional chairs or tables will be provided.
  • No dates will be held over the phone.
  • Ongoing monthly meetings will need to pay for the entire year prior to their first meeting.
  • No group should assume that their meeting date will be automatically carried over from year to year.  Ongoing monthly meetings will be required to write a letter requesting their date each year.  All letters will need to be received by January 1st of each year.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing (200 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL  33458), by fax (561-741-2406) or by e-mail.
  • A $100 cash security deposit is required.
  • It is the responsibility of each group to pick up the key at the Jupiter Community Center prior to 5 pm on the scheduled meeting day and return the key the next business day to the Community Center.
  • No leasee has the authority to permit another group to use the Old Town Hall or lend another group the key to use the Old Town Hall.  All reservations must go through the Town of Jupiter (561-741-2400).  Violators will automatically lose their meeting privileges.

  • HOA MEETING REQUEST APPLICATION: (PDF) This form should be used by homeowners associations or a property management company who would like to request meeting space either at the Community Center or Old Town Hall.  This is your first step towards using one of the above facilities
  • EVENT REQUEST APPLICATION FOR OLD TOWN HALL ONLY: (PDF) This form should be used for event requests at the Old Town Hall.  Do not use for HOA or Property Manangement meetings.
