How do I rent the Community Center?

  • The application is required from ALL categories.
  • The information that you provide will determine your fees and availablility. 
  • Information should be as accurate as possible as you may not be able to make changes at a later date. 
  • Your confirmation is based on the information found on the request application. 
  • Skipping information here could delay confirming a date or cause future problems. 
  • Please read and complete ALL of the Request Application.
  • Be sure to add first choice date, second choice date and third choice date.
  • Each Reservation Application is date stamped and will be reviewd as they are received within 5-10 working days.  You will be contacted if there is a problem with the request application or if the date is not available. 
  • If there are no issues with the application it will be entered into the system as a "HOLD".  An invoice is generated and will be faxed, e-mailed or mailed.  If an e-mail address if provided it will be e-mailed.
  • Once a "HOLD" invoice has been received you will be given a deadline to review the invoice.  If you have questions it will be addressed at this stage.
  • If you decide to have your event/meeting the status will change to "TENTATIVE."  You will then be given a deadline to make the minimum half down payment. 
  • When the downpayment has been made and a lease executed the reservation is then considered "FIRM."
  • Out of courtesy, please always contact us if you decide not to use the date at any stage.  This will speed up the reservation process for someone else waiting to hear if their date is available.
  • When making reservation payments please do not include other Town of Jupiter payments with the rental check, ( i.e. water bill, permits, etc.)  Rental payments must be mailed directly to the Parks & Recreation Department in the amount of the rental.  Failure to do so will delay credit to ALL accounts.
  • Please do not call to find out if your date is available prior to completing the below steps.  A date may be available when you inquire, however, there may be a reservation request application being processed that would make your date unavailable because it was recieved prior to your request application.  A date inquiry only slows down the process of securing your date.  This is why it is always a good idea to list your alternate dates on your reservation application whenever possible.
