- Smoking is NOT permitted in any Town of Jupiter facility this includes restrooms and hallways.
- Use of tobacco products is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is permitted outside of the facility at least 25 feet away from any exterior door, with the doors completely closed.
- A zero tolerance policy exists and violators will be identified through security cameras and permanently removed from the facility.
