Auditorium
- ROOMS, LOCATION & DESCRIPTIONS
- The auditorium has a stage, simple sound system, 12' x 12' fixed screen on the stage, one podium/mic combination and free, public WiFi access. See ADDITIONAL COSTS for other available amenities and fees.
- The square footage of the entire auditorium is approximately 4,500.
Depending upon set up the following is an estimate on seating in each of the rooms:
- The entire auditorium has a seating capacity of 300 banquet style and 500 theater style.
(See ADDITIONAL COSTS).
- The auditorium can be divided into 3 separate
but equal meeting rooms, 165 A, B, & C. Each individual room can
accommodate approximately 75 theater style and roughly 50 banquet style.
- 2/3rds of the room includes 165AB (Stage) or 165BC (Courtyard View) can
accommodate theater style seating for 100-250 and banquet style seating
for approximately 225.
- Each meeting room has an independent sound system, a/c controls, lighting, microphone hook up and entrances.
- The auditorium is located across from the catering KITCHEN.
- Banquet tables size: 6’ round, seats 8-10 person max comfortably.
- Rectangular tables size: 7' rectangular, 6-8 person max.
- Upholstered, cushion back/seat chairs, 500 max.
- A 24' x 24' dance floor is available for rental
however this addition will significantly decrease the seating capacity
of the rooms. (See ADDITIONAL COSTS.)

Kitchen
The kitchen has a gas stove, convection oven, commercial ice maker, microwave, freezer and large walk-in refrigerator. There are several large areas for prepping food however there is no garbage disposal or dishwashing station.

Conference Rooms
There is one small conference room, (#111), which seats 4-6 people. This conference room is available for
use at no charge; however, they are reby the same RESERVATION PROCESS and COMMUNITY CENTER RENTAL POLICIES. |
