JUPITER RESIDENTS:  Save money on your home owners' insurance!

The Town of Jupiter, through the My Safe Florida Home program, is performing FREE WIND INSPECTIONS for Town residents.

Any owner of a single-family, detached, site-built home with a homestead exemption is eligible for the inspection.  Jupiter’s inspectors will be performing inspections for Town residents, but non-residents can also receive the service through the State program.

The inspection report will provide information on how your home may qualify for insurance discounts. The inspection process produces a form that outlines recommended improvements to the home to increase resistance to hurricane wind damage, provides an estimate of the cost of the improvements, and estimates insurance discounts that may be available to the homeowner. 

In addition, the report will provide the homeowner with a hurricane resistance rating that shows the home’s current ability, and future ability with the improvements, to withstand hurricanes.

Jupiter residents should call 561-741-2278 to schedule an inspection appointment.  Appointments are available Monday through Friday at 8:00 am, 10:00 am or 1:00 pm.
