    1. The Jubilee Local Business Fair is an expo for local businesses to exhibit and interact with the local community at Jupiter's largest community celebration. The fair is held during the Jupiter Jubilee in the Community Center Auditorium, and businesses may pay to rent an exhibit table.

    2. Registrations will be accepted online and spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. No applications will be accepted after the stated deadline. This is to ensure that we have adequate table and chair rentals to accommodate all applications.

    3. The business fair is open to incorporated small local businesses that hold a current Town of Jupiter Business Registration in one of the following categories:

      • Restaurant
      • Medical
      • Retail
      • Service (includes lawyers, architects, contractors, or personal services such as hair, spa)
      • Recreation (gyms, pilates, martial arts, dance, bowling, art studio)

    4. Business booth spaces include a 6’ rectangular table and two folding chairs with each space. A table cloth and skirting will also be provided and must be used to comply with event uniformity. Due to space limitations, only table-top displays are allowed.

    5. Once your application is submitted and reviewed, you will receive a notification e-mail from the Business Fair Coordinator with a link for payment. Payments are made via PayPal. You will not be able to pay until your application has been approved. Once space is confirmed, payment must be received within 48 hours or the space will not be reserved.
