Ecotourism Vendor Registration

The objective of the Jupiter Jubilee Eco-tourism Expo is to provide Jupiter eco-tourism businesses, county non-profits and governmental agencies the opportunity to promote and market their businesses and organizations.

Eligibility


Your organization/business must fit within one of the below categories to be eligible to participate in the Eco-tourism Expo:
  • For Profit
    Early registration fee $100 on or before December 31; $125 beginning January 1.
    Incorporated Jupiter Eco-tourism Businesses that Provide Eco-tourism Activities. Please provide your business registration tax receipt number at the time of registration. (I.E., Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Canoeing, Kayaking, etc.)
  • Non-Profit/Governmental
    No Charge Northern Palm Beach County Eco-tourism Destinations (wildlife sanctuaries, nature centers, etc.) Eco-tourism Non-Profit Organization (Must provide have 501(c)3 with application) Governmental Agencies (NENA, PBC, FL State Parks, etc.)
Registration Process:
Registrations will be accepted online and spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once space is confirmed, if applicable, payment must be received within 48 hours or the space will not be reserved.

Eco-tourism Expo Summary:

  • Event Date: Saturday, February 4, 2017
  • Event Time: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Event Location: Jupiter Community Center, Multi-Purpose Gym, 200 Military Trail, Jupiter
  • Event Set Up Date: Friday, February 3, 2017
  • Event Set Up Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Event day drop off parking is located off of Daniel's Way.
  • Exhibitor spaces will be a 10' x 10'. You will be provided with one 6' table and 2 chairs or you may bring your own table and additional chairs.
  • Registration Deadline: Friday, January 23, 2017
  • Booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Space is limited.
  • One application and space per business/organization.
  • Businesses must be within incorporated Jupiter and hold a current Town of Jupiter Business Tax Registration. I fyou don ot meet these requirements for a business your are not eligible to participate.
  • Activities should be appropriate to the family-oriented nature of the Jubilee.
  • Businesses are not permitted to giveaway or sell food or drinks to patrons.
  • Selling of products/service on site is PERMITTED WITHIN YOUR BOOTH ONLY. You must have pre-approval of sale items/services and items/services MUST be related to Eco-tourism.
  • The Community Center has FREE public WiFi access available. Strength of signal depends upon usage at any given time.
  • The Town of Jupiter is not responsible for personal belongings left at booths, including purses, equipment, cash boxes, cell phones, etc. It is highly recommended that each vendor has at least 2 representatives on site during the event.
  • You will be responsible for providing your space with any additional chairs/tables, equipment, and office supplies for your event.
  • While we want to encourage a creative space, please remember to remain within the 10' x 10' space provided.
  • The town reserves the right to decline or reject any questionable, non-approved material from the expo.
  • Vendors are not permitted to have animals at their booths unless they have pre-approval from the Jubilee Eco-tourism Committee.
  • The Jupiter Jubilee is a green event, and we encourage you to use green practices in regards to your giveaways and paper use.
  • Absolutely no balloon giveaways or balloon decorations are allowed.
  • Electrical requests must be made at the time of registration.
  • Audio presentations must be kept to a low volume in respect to adjacent booths.
  • Please be sure to pass along this information to everyone that will be representing your business/organization.
  • EVENT DAY RAFFLE
    • A participant raffle will be organized by the Eco-tourism Committee. It's purpose will be to encourage Jubilee participants to interact with as many Eco-tourism vendors as possible. As a vendor, please encourage everyone (no age restrictions), to participate. Last year's donated raffle items totaled just under &1,000!
    • Please indicate, at the time of registration, if you would like to donate a raffle prize.
      **(Businesses, we will consider waiving the exhibitor fee if the item is more or equal to the registration fee ($100).
