Town Manager Search

The Town of Jupiter is undergoing an executive search of for its next Town Manager.  This is expected to take between 8 and 10 months, and will be an open, transparent process.  Assistant Town Manager, Lori Bonino, will serve as Interim Town Manager during this period.

The Town published a Request for Proposal (RFP # HR 001 - 2017) to invite interested, relevant parties to submit proposals to serve as the firm the Town will utilize to conduct the executive search.  A Selection Committee has been established by the Town Council to review and rank the responses to the RFP.  The Committee is comprised of Mayor Todd Wodraska, Interim Town Manager Lori Bonino, Human Resources Director Dawn Loren, and Finance Director Mike Villella.  The Committee submitted its recommendations to the Town Council, and the recommended search firms gave presentations to Town Council at its May 2nd meeting.  On May 10th, Council held a special meeting to discuss the firms' presentations, and Council selected the Strategic Government Resources firm (SGR) to conduct the executive search.  The Town Manager position has been posted to various job boards and outlets for recruitment, and applications will be accepted until close of business on August 27th.  Qualified applicants are welcome to view the position profile and apply online.
